In 1978, the Italian LOMAC inflatable boats entered the Greek market for the first time, experiencing great success through the Fasoulopoulos Company.

In 1998, the company decided to start a collaboration with the great house Orca Pennel, representing the famous fabrics for inflatable boats.

The company PONIDIS, being the continuation of FASOULOPOULOS, was founded in 2012 with the aim of distributing innovative materials to the maritime market. Since then and until today, the company's range has been enriched with hundreds of new materials that are addressed to both the maritime and industrial markets, operating as an authorized distributor of products of leading companies.
