Adhsesive PVC KM-82

Two-component Hot welding Adhesive for PVC fabrics and accessories.

• Its application requires heating.
• Suitable for pvc inflatable boats and accesories.
• It dries with the addition of Desmodur catalyst.

Instructions for use: Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be glued with acetone. Mix glue with Desmodur RC or RFE catalyst in a ratio of 8-10% (80-100gr/kg) and spread a thin coat on the surfaces to be bonded without bring in contact. Wait 4-12 hours and then spread another layer on. Wait 15-20 minutes for the solvents to evaporate and then subject one or both surfaces to a warm source or heat with a hot air gun (60-70°C). Then join the parts immediatelly and subject them to pressing. For even better results heat also externally and keep press well for 24 hours.
